Digiens'e bağladığınız hesaplara ait verilerin silinmesini üç yoldan isteyebilirsiniz. Her üçünde de erişim anahtarı ve o hesaptan alınan veriler silinir.

1. Panelden bağlantıyı kaldırın

Digiens panelinde Entegrasyonlar sayfasını açın, ilgili hesabın (Meta reklam hesabı, Instagram ya da WhatsApp) yanındaki bağlantıyı kaldır düğmesine basın. Erişim anahtarı hemen silinir; o hesaptan alınan veriler en geç 30 gün içinde silinir.

2. Facebook ayarlarından erişimi kaldırın

• Facebook'ta Ayarlar ve gizlilik → Ayarlar → Uygulamalar ve web siteleri bölümüne gidin.
• Digiens uygulamasını bulun ve Kaldır'a basın.
• Meta bize otomatik bir silme isteği gönderir; o hesaba ait verileri sileriz ve size isteğin durumunu gösteren bir onay kodu verilir.

Instagram için: Instagram'da Ayarlar → Uygulamalar ve web siteleri → Etkin bölümünden Digiens'i kaldırın.

3. Bize yazın

Hesabınızın ve bütün verilerinizin silinmesi için arge@digiens.com adresine, hesabınızdaki e-posta adresinden yazın. Talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırır ve size bildiririz.

You can ask for the data of the accounts you connected to Digiens to be deleted in three ways. In each case the access token and the data received from that account are deleted.

1. Disconnect in the panel

Open Integrations in the Digiens panel and press disconnect next to the account (Meta ad account, Instagram or WhatsApp). The access token is deleted at once; data received from that account is deleted within 30 days.

2. Remove access in Facebook settings

• On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
• Find Digiens and click Remove.
• Meta sends us an automatic deletion request; we delete the data of that account and you receive a confirmation code to check the status of the request.

For Instagram: in Instagram, go to Settings → Apps and websites → Active and remove Digiens.

3. Write to us

To delete your account and all of your data, write to arge@digiens.com from the email address of your account. We complete the request within 30 days and let you know.
